How It Works

1. Join the club

Start your monthly subscription and your first delivery will include the reusable wooden display stand.

2. Your edition is created and posted

Orders close on the first day of each month. That month’s edition is prepared and posted between the 21st and 24th.

3. Receive the calendar ahead of time

Each delivery contains the calendar for the month after next, allowing time for it to reach you before you need it.

For example, join by 1 October and your December calendar will be posted between 21 and 24 October. Orders placed after the cutoff will roll into the following edition.

4. Display it, download it and take action

Add the calendar to your stand, download your phone wallpaper and complete the business challenge when it fits into your month.

Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

I’m Mel, the founder of Roamin The West. I help western artists, makers and teachers build the online platforms and systems they need to sell their work without losing all their creative time to technology and business admin.

I also know how easily the jobs behind a creative business can pile up while you are busy serving customers, making products and trying to stay visible online.

I created The Roamin Calendar Club because I wanted this monthly mail to do more than look good for a moment. Each edition combines my original artwork with encouragement and one practical action to help both of us keep moving forward.

What will I receive each month?

You will receive a postcard-sized calendar featuring original artwork, an affirmation on the back, access to a coordinating phone wallpaper, one practical business challenge and a short note from Mel. Your first delivery also includes a reusable wooden display stand.

Why is the calendar for the month after next?

The extra time allows each edition to be prepared and posted early enough to reach you before the calendar month begins, particularly when delivery takes longer than expected.

How long will the business challenge take?

Most challenges will be designed to take approximately 15–30 minutes. The aim is to help you complete one useful task, not create another large project.

Do I have to complete every challenge?

No. The challenge is there to give you direction when you need it. You can complete it during that month, return to it later or adapt it to suit where your business is currently at.

Is the club only for established businesses?

No. The challenges are created for artists, makers and other western creatives at different stages of business. They will focus on simple actions that can be adapted to your current products, audience and experience.

Is the wooden stand included every month?

No. One reusable wooden stand is included with your first delivery. Each monthly calendar card can then be placed into the same stand.

Is this a recurring subscription?

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account.
