These half-day or full-day sessions give you dedicated time where I step into your business to fix, improve, or redesign the tech and layout pieces that may be slowing things down.

We can work through things together, or you can leave me to it while I make the updates — depending on what’s needed.

Think of it as a tidy-up and tune-up for your online business, or a focused working session to help you move forward with clarity and momentum.

  • What We Can Work On During A Grit Session

    Every business is different, but here are some examples of the kinds of tasks we can tackle during your session.

    • Website reviews and layout improvements
    • Fixing or improving existing website pages
    • Creating an email flow or lead magnet offer to start collecting subscribers
    • Setting up AI prompts to help you create content that stays on brand
    • Auditing your platforms and implementing improvements
    • Creating simple reports to track your online marketing and sales

    These sessions are designed to help you make real progress in a short amount of time by focusing on the areas that will have the biggest impact.

  • What These Sessions Are Not

    To keep these sessions focused and productive, there are a few things they are not designed for.

    • Building a full website from scratch
    • Setting up an email platform from the beginning

  • How it works:

    1. Initial 30 minute Zoom call
    Held before your scheduled session. We’ll discuss what you need help with and what information or access I will require. Together we’ll agree on the priority tasks for the session.


    2. Tasks Outline Sent To You

    After the call, I’ll send a summary confirming the tasks we agreed on along with a checklist of anything you need to provide before the day.


    3. Delivery Of Information
    Any required files, content, imagery, or login details need to be provided the day before the session so everything is ready to go.

    4. Your Grit Session Day
    On the day, I will focus on completing the agreed tasks. We can work side-by-side, or you can leave me to the updates while you get on with your day.

    It’s helpful if you can be available by email or messenger in case I need clarification on anything.

    5. Completion & Handover
    Once the work is complete, I’ll send you an email summarising what has been done and any instructions you may need moving forward. In some cases I may suggest a short follow-up Zoom call if training or a walkthrough would be helpful.
