1. Initial 30 minute Zoom call - held in advance of your scheduled day. We will discuss what you require and what you will need to provide before the day (imagery, content, login details etc). We will also agree on the tasks to be completed.

2. Tasks Outline Emailed - this will confirm what we discussed on the Zoom call so we are both aligned with the tasks to be completed and will provide a list of any information or files you need to provide.

3. Delivery of information - this needs to be received the day before. Failure to do so may forfeit your scheduled day.

4. On the Day - i will be dedicated to completing the tasks. We can work side by side or you can leave me to the updates. It is ideal if you can be available via email or messenger that day in case I require further information.

5. Completion Of Work - I will send an email confirming the tasks I have completed and any instructions you may need. I may also request you book another Zoom call if I feel I need to hand over the information or provide training on the tasks I completed.
